This place suits me perfectly, with amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and laundry service. On my first stay, staff helped me with taxi tips, which I remember fondly. I recommend trying their delicious breakfast. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Greatly enjoyed to be here, the hotel was fairly clean and pleasant, the location was particularly good and unbeatable in pizzeria 11lv. In the standard twin room we had gates as well as an individual safe, air conditioning and a minibar. Location: the venue was near the centre of the city, big supermarket, and banks, public transportation, grocery store and free parking...

The hotel has some serious reservation issues-numerous guests reported not having their bookings honored, leading to unnecessary hassle and the need to seek alternative accommodations. Rooms often look outdated and bear evidence of wear. Spider webs, dirty spots, and inadequate soundproofing from corridors are notable disturbances. The massage services rely on an external provider that may not always be available, quite disappointing.

The hotel is with good location,clean,the rooms is a little small, but for this price is perfect,the staff is friendly.

in fact this is NOT a four star hotel! By my sight even 3 star is too much,but for this money...is ok "The queen size bed" is two small bed near one by one..very uncomfortable!

The variety for breakfast was excellent. Our room was spacious and clean, though the furniture felt a bit dated. The location is ideal, with easy access to public transport. It was a comfortable stay with friendly service.

The property offers good prices. The rooms are a nice size and newly decorated, with beautiful view to the garden and well-stocked mini-bar plus bathroom provided;)))

The food ... The room and the Spa centre . And the stafr was vert kind .
